Plurality

Did you know that "Davis" plural is "Davises?" I've always thought this, and preferred it (as did Jamie), but I've just now decided to google it and find out for sure. And, as I thought, it is true. Most people will write "The Davis' " or "The Davis's." The only time to use an apostrophe to pluralize is when you are working with numbers written as numbers or with words, letters, numbers, or symbols as themselves. For example: 1990's. So just FYI, the correct way to pluralize our last name is "Davises."
